1939 Boyle Special Indy Winner

Our latest 1:18 Indy winner is here, the 1939 Boyle Special driven
to victory by Wilbur Shaw. The model came out fantastic! Superb
paint finish, Brian nailed the color! Fully wired and plumbed engine
(which they said nobody can do engine detail with resin cast models)
The cock pit detail is over the top. Ready to order? Or if you just want
to see more detailed pics? Click here.

  1. Hey, Mark, for us GP fans, why don't you consider making a regular 1939 Maserati 4CL Grand Prix version? Just 1) redesign the grill, 2) add a small cover over the tailpipe near the cockpit, 3) paint the cockpit seat a brown leather, 4) paint the car in a red Maserati color, 5) add different (less) livery - just numbers. Maybe the tires would have to be modified to have more tread, too. You'd expand the market for the mold at least 2-3 times.
    Good luck!

  2. Oh, add no need to add the bluing on the exhaust and no need to have the engine cover belts - save some costs there.
