Feb. 21

With Chinese New Year comes a big slow down with the amount of new releases we receive. But with the festivities over we should get back to normal here within a few weeks. We do have a Minichamps shipment on the way so I'll get info posted asap on that.

We have just completed our software upgrade which allows us to access and service both our Replicarz and Sport Craft customers from one system. Soon the entire inventory of both companies will be synched too. This will allow us to offer all our customers one of the most extensive selections of die cast and slot car products in the world.

Keep an eye out for our new mailer that went out this past week. We have a huge bargain basement section of close out models. Some sweet deals to be had for sure. Also included are some of the latest arrivals and hot pre-orders coming up in the 2nd qtr. Should be in your mail box within 7-10 days.

Slot Car set sale in progress at Sport Craft
Through March 20, 10% off and free shipping on all in stock sets. We have over 25 different sets, from starter sets right up to the latest digital set ups. Most of us had a slot car track at some point as a kid. With the new technology of the digital age, these aren't the cars of old. These things rip! This hobby is enjoying a nice resurgance over the last 4-5 years. If you have the room, the smiles are guaranteed.

Feb. 13

Hey All,
I'm finally back from Toy Fair in Germany. Great trip, great food (and beer), and definitely some interesting models coming later this year for sure. It will take us some time to get all these new products set up and ready for the website, so stay tuned. But in the meantime here are a few that I think will be of interest.

CMC will produce the Ferrari 156 Sharknose in 1:12 scale. Only 500 will be produced. It won't be available until late 2009 or even early 2010. This one will be pre-sold out long before it is actually released. So if you think you want to add this gem to your collection, pre-ordering is a must.

GMP unvieled their next release in the Masterpiece Collection, it's the 1972 Ferrari 312PB Daytona winner as driven by Andretti and Ickx. The sample they had on hand looked excellent, and Tom and Mat tell me that the production piece will be even better.

CMC announced their 2009 line up. We have a category set up for just the new additions, you can see the listings here but we won't have images until next week.

Kyosho
We just received the black Ferrari 250 GTO along with re-stock on the red. This is by far the best GTO replica available for this price range.
